Cand se incarca acumulatorii ? Nu are LED-uri care indica incarcarea,am pus 2 acumulatori mai slab incarcati si vad ca nu echilibreaza tensiunea nici dupa 3 ore
Bms-ul echilibreaza in mod pasiv prin aplicarea unei rezistente asupra acumulatorilor ce sunt peste nivelul celorlalti, in procesul de incarcare. Foloseste rezistori de 43 Ohm pentru descarcare cu o rata de circa 100mA. Acumulatorii mai incarcati se voir incarca mai incet pana ce vor ajunge la nivelul celei mai descarcate celule din circuit. Cu cat diferenta intre celule este mai mare cu atat vor fi necesare mai multe cicluri incarcare/descarcare pentru a atinge echilibrul
Conectarea celulelor neechilibrate, cu uzura diferita si/sau cu caracteristici diferite este o practica absolut eronata indiferent daca BMS-ul are sau nu functia de echilibrare.
Lipsa ledurilor este fireasca deoarece BMS-ul in sine nu incarca, doar protejeaza. Exista circuite separate ce pot fi montate pentru indicarea starii de incarcare.
