The XH-M543 digital audio amplifier board, based on the TPA3116D2 chip, represents a high-quality solution for lovers of pure and powerful sound. Offering two stereo channels, each capable of delivering an impressive 120W of power (at 24VDC), this amplifier is ideal for home audio systems, DIY projects or any application that requires clear audio playback at high volumes. Its optimized design ensures maximum efficiency, minimizing distortion and background noise, while maintaining a compact and manageable shape.

There is no reverse polarity or short circuit protection! Do not feed with a too weak source, otherwise you risk burning the module!

If the amplifier does not work, but it is powered, it is possible that the radiator is too tight, which leads to a short on the SMDs under it. Loosen the heatsink, insulate the SMD contacts from the metal heatsink (a piece of insulating tape on the side of the heatsink that does not touch the IC) and tighten it in place by exerting a little pressure. It is also recommended to add thermal paste between the IC and the radiator.

We recommend the above procedure even with amplifiers that work without problems.

The board has an audio input through the XH2.54mm plug with 3 pins and comes with a cable included in the package.

Each input channel has a potentiometer for adjusting the volume on each individual channel.

It is recommended to add a fan to the existing radiator in case of overheating of the module.
