The advantage of this module is that it allows it to be set to fixed voltages or an adjustable voltage through the potentiometer. The setting is made by joining the two woods next to the desired voltage.
By default, the module is set to ADJ.

Instructions:
The descender is factory set to ADJ mode .
In the ADJ position, the output voltage is regulated by the potentiometer on the front of the step-down module.
The rest of the pins set the output voltage to a fixed value of 12V, 9V, 5V, 3.3V, 2.5V or 1.8V.
To set the module to a fixed voltage, cut the path on the ADJ pin (circled in red in the picture) and tin the two pads next to the desired voltage. Example: for fixed 9V, tin the fields circled in blue in the picture below, after interrupting the path on the ADJ pin.
daca sunteti prea linistiti si nu aveti cu ce sa va stresati recomand cu caldura aceasta sursa. mizerie mai mare ca asta nu am vazut, am testat doua si s-au comportat identic. In gol consuma 40mA iar cand le conectezi o sarcina trebuie sa faci o rugaciune speciala care nu se gaseste in datasheet, dar exista pe niste forumuri obscure. Daca nu faci rugaciunea, tensiunea de intrare este repetata la iesire. Testele au fost facute pentru o valoarea fixa de tensiune (5V) ca sa fie exclusa varianta in care potentiometrul are probleme. In final am reusit sa ard doua paci de Arduino iar sursele au ajuns acolo unde le este locul (in gunoi)
Buna ziua, pentru a functiona in modul de tensiune fixa este necesara intreruperea traseului catre ADJ conform instructiunilor prezente in site.
Dupa cateva reglaje s-a stricat potentiometrul. Vine fara pini. Noroc ca am comandat separat. Acum merge doar pe voltaj fix.
Potentiometrul are cursa limitata. Fortarea potentiometrului peste limitele mecanice duce la deteriorarea acestuia.
Am comandat 2 buc., am primit doar una... Comanda TDAUHTELT.
